Leadership

With more than 35 years of ministry experience under their belts, 30 of which as head pastors, Tony and Denise are the founders and currently serve as lead pastors of Church 316. Pastor Tony has a unique anointing to take profound truths from the Word of God and make them accessible and applicable in our everyday life. With a special focus on the message of grace and healing power of God, Pastor Tony's teachings honor the Person of Jesus and the abundant life He provided through the cross.  In addition to their responsibilities at Church 316, Pastors Tony and Denise also oversee Cowan Ministries.

Jonathan and Katie serve as the church's associate pastors and oversee the Young Adults ministry at 316. These leaders are a dynamic young couple passionate about sharing the power of our new identity in Christ and the Lord's beautiful heart of grace towards his children. 

Before becoming head of the executive assistants team, Lindsey served in various roles throughout the church for almost a decade.  In addition to her current responsibilities as the lead executive assistant to the pastors, she is also actively involved in teaching during the mid-week service and is an alumnae of Charis Bible College online.
